It has wifi throughout, cable, brand new furnishings and finishes and a new kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It features a dock with room for up to a 22' boat and is completely navigable to the bay and the ocean. Boats are available for rent at a very nearby Marina. An open plan kitchen, dining and living room and half bath comprises the lower floor and upstairs features another large living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, master en-suite with a walk in closet. All bedrooms and downstairs living face directly onto the water. The master suite has a lovely 'Juliette Balcony'. The house is 50' from water. Kayaks are provided and a paddle board. You can swim in the cove.
